Spacious clean furnished room to let in a quiet family house - this is not a flat share - but a lodging. We are 3 adults. SINGLE person occupancy only (No share/couples). Working person only. The room will is available immediately - viewings from now. Share bathroom and kitchen for light cooked meals. Washer/dryer use twice weekly. Close to all amenities. I do not allow anyone but yourself in the house, so no visitors or stay-overs at all. All bills inclusive. Deposit £300 - (refundable end of letting) Rent of £550 is paid every 4 weeks in advance. Non smokers only. There are no pets at the property
