I’m renting out an ensuite double bedroom in a 2-bedroom flat just 5 minutes' walk from Norbury train station. Trains get you to London Victoria in about 20 minutes, and London Bridge in 25minutes, and there’s a bus stop + night bus right outside the block, so getting around (and home after a night out) is easy. The flat is on the 3rd floor, bright and fully furnished, and you’ll be sharing with one friendly flatmate (me) and my cat, so you’ll need to be okay with pets.
