Room description
We’ve secured an amazing new build house in Pollards Hill (10 minutes from Norbury Station, on a quiet road, very close to a park) and are moving in on or after 22nd June. Unfortunately, one of our group has had to drop out at the last minute due to him failing their affordability criteria, so we are hoping to find someone to replace him.
The house is very energy efficient, has a massive kitchen diner, a separate living room, four great sized bedrooms, three bathrooms plus downstairs WC and a really peaceful garden. I’ll be bringing furniture for the communal areas (dining table and 8 chairs, stools for the breakfast bar, TV and coffee table for the living room, all kitchen appliances and can also provide a good quality if required. We anticipate that the bills will be around £150 per person per month (all in)
