5 mins walk to Waterloo railway/underground station; 3 mins walk to Lambeth North Station; 15 mins walk to London Eyes and Big Ben; 12mins to KCL; 15 mins walk to Elephant & Castle; 20mins walk to Tate Modern. And 3 mins walk bus station for 15 mins distance to Oxford Street/China Town/Soho.

I really enjoy the time living here. There are Iceland, Tesco, M&S food hall, Sainsbury, Boots, Asian Groseries, Greensmiths, Co-op, Little Waitrose nearby. And many amazing restaurants/cafes/parks.
