I am a quiet, tidy person and I value a calm home. I do make calls while cooking or play music on a Bluetooth speaker, but I keep it reasonable. I would prefer a flatmate who is friendly, respectful, and comfortable with a balanced vibe, chatty at times and also focused on their own work.
The accommodation is spacious and well-maintained, and I expect the same from the other roommate. The kitchen is clean, and I make sure surfaces, dining and living tables, and counters are wiped down at the end of the day. Utensils go into the dishwasher and the space is kept organised. If you are looking for a comfortable place with a considerate flatmate, this should be a good fit.
