Bright, spacious flat in a great location right by New Islington tram stop and the marina. Aldi and PureGym are a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a lovely communal garden perfect for summer.
The room is unfurnished with its own ensuite bathroom.
I have my own bathroom, so you’ll mainly have your own space but there is a shared shower arrangement where I would need to access the shower via your room.
The flat has gated parking spaces available to rent.
