The flat has a large open plan living room and kitchen, with a great shared space. The bedroom comes with its own ensuite, and there is also a large main bathroom with both a shower and a bath.
The building includes an on-site concierge and an allocated gated car parking space.
One flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take their place and continue living in this well connected city centre home. Ideally looking for a young professional but anyone who is respectful and easy going.
