The apartment is made up of 3 - 4 fully furnished en-suite bedrooms, separate kitchen and a lounge. The kitchen includes a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The rent includes electric, water and Wi-Fi.
The rent is £99 per week, this includes electric, water and high speed broadband.
The cost of the gas is paid by the students which is approximately £15 per person, per month. The rooms are single en-suite rooms in 3 or 4 bedroom apartments with a shared kitchen.
The property is in an excellent location and only a one minute walk to the Sheffield University Diamond Building and two minutes to the Sheffield University Information Commons. It is perfectly suited for student living.
It is close to restaurants and shops on West Street , which are popular among students and only a five minute walk to the Sheffield University Students' Union. Also one minute walk to the local Tesco mini-supermarket
We have 3 or 4 bedroom apartments available from the 1/09/224 to 31/08/25.
The rent is paid 2 months in advance.
