A bright, spacious well kept double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom.
5 minute walk to station, with regular trains to central London, just 20 to 25 mins to waterloo.
Quiet location with excellent local amenities. Shops, takeaways, cafes, post office, local park, library all within a 5 minute walk.
Council tax, gas/electricity and high speed internet included in rent.
It's just me and my mum living in our family home. We are clean and quiet, mum can be found in the living room most days, and me in the study.
We have a kitchen/diner area as well as a seperate living room you can use if you prefer to to keep to yourself.
