Me and my friends are looking for people to take over our tenancy ASAP(ideally before the 1st of july)
-modern kitchen
-high quality bathroom
-double bedrooms
-central location
-£700 pcm and 600 deposit
-bills not included (but we did get a bill package which is 23.08 pounds a week, but can dm me for my details)
-move in ( a fixed contract from the 6th July 2026 to 27th june 2027)
- shared kitchen and bathroom + additional toliet
-tenants must be full time students
