Room description
Hello, I am looking for a new tenant to take over my contract at Rahere Court, Toby Lane, London E1 4DW. It will last between 9th June 2025 and 14th September 2025. I am looking for a replacement tenant as my course has finished and I do not need the room for the summer, so this will be ideal for someone looking for somewhere to stay until they figure out what they will do for next year.
Highlights of the room:
- Spacious with a double bed and large desk with lots of storage space
- Ensuite bathroom (sink, shower, toilet)
- Kitchen is just around the corner (microwave, oven, induction hobs, fridge and freezer shared with 1 flatmate)
- Flatmates are friendly and not loud (all between 2nd-3rd year university). Staff are friendly and helpful
- Excellent internet connection (WiFi and Ethernet 1000mb/s)
- Building is less than a 1 minute walk to Sainsbury's Local for all the essentials, and less than 5 minutes walk to QMUL main library. Many excellent nearby options for food, both local and chain stores.
- 5 minutes walk to Stepney Green or Mile End Stations (Central, Hammersmith and City, District lines). Go 1 stop West to Whitechapel for access to the Elizabeth line. Multiple nearby bus stops and Santander Cycle stations available.
Pricing: £3333.58 until 14/9/25, equating to approximately £240 per week (all bills included - water, electricity, heating)
