Location: Great transport links, close to shops, cafés, and green spaces — easy access to central and East London.
Room: Unfurnished, lots of natural light and storage.
Flat: Shared kitchen, living area, and bathroom. Calm, tidy household.
Student household – no council tax to pay.
Rent: £800 pcm
Bills (not included): ~£7 broadband, ~£30 energy; water covered until March (then ~£15).
Available: ASAP (flexible move-in)
Term: Replacement for an existing tenant via sublet or tenancy takeover, subject to landlord approval and referencing.
