Room description
Hi, I’m Josh, a British actor, looking for a tidy, friendly creative to share my spacious home in Morden.
It’s a beautiful, green and peaceful area with great transport links—South Merton station is just across the road, and Morden Tube is a 10-minute walk away. Local shops and supermarkets are nearby too.
The house has a creative studio, home cinema, plenty of storage and comfortable bedrooms. I’ve put a lot of care into making it feel like a home, so I’m looking for someone who’ll appreciate and look after it.
Ideally, you’ll be sociable and happy to hang out occasionally, while respecting each other’s space. A fellow creative would be a real bonus!
Long-term preferred. Bills are approximately £175 per month.
