Merton Park is a pleasant location near to Wimbledon Chase, Wimbledon, Morden & Raynes Park providing a choice of Thameslink, Tube (Northern & District), Overground, Tram & bus links.
Great value as the rent includes all the costs including cleaner, window cleaner, gardener, TV licence, Internet, council tax, gas, electricity, water, cleaning materials & even the toilet paper! As usual, there is one month deposit & six months minimum stay. No fees.
