Looking for a replacement tenant for my en-suite room at Castle Rock House, Bainfield Student Accommodation, Edinburgh.
The room is a private single-occupancy bedroom with ¾ double bed and its own private en-suite shower room and toilet. It is located within a 6-bedroom student flat with a shared fully furnished kitchen and living area, Wi-Fi and a smart TV.
Bainfield is around a 15-minute walk from Edinburgh city centre, within walking distance of Edinburgh Napier University’s Merchiston Campus, and has good public transport links.
Rent is approximately £813.32 per month. The tenancy runs from September 2026 until June 2027.
The replacement tenant must be an active full-time Edinburgh Napier University Undergraduate Student and must meet the University’s accommodation requirements, including being suitable for the existing flat allocation in terms of gender and a similar age bracket. The placement tenant must be approved by Edinburgh Napier University’s Student Accommodation team before the tenancy can be transferred.
