Hi! I’m looking for a someone to replace me and share a 2-bed flat in Marylebone. I am moving to Bristol for his new job so looking for someone to replace him.
RENT: £1500 per month
BILLS: Usually around £150.
DEPOSIT: One month’s rent
AVAILABILITY: The room is available now, the landlord is happy to start a new 12 month tenancy from the move-in date.
🏡The Room & Flat
The room is a furnished double bedroom and you will have the family bathroom as your en-suite (I have a separate shower and toilet). The flat has a large living room/kitchen.
The flat is spacious and it is a basement flat. The bedrooms have windows to a light well (so some natural light) and the lounge looks out to the street.
📍Location
Great access to anywhere in London - Marylebone high street is 2 mins walk, Bond Street and Oxford Circus tube stations are about 10 mins walk, Regents Park is a 10 min walk and you can walk to Soho in 30 mins.
✨️About Me
I am leaving behind my friend Amy, a 29 year old female working in M&A tax. She is in the office most days with the occasional WFH day. In her free time she enjoy sport (running and cycling), seeing friends, hosting the occasional dinner party and finding new places to explore in London.
She has said that she would love to live with someone who’s considerate, generally tidy, and wants to treat the flat as their home too. Preferably someone who is a similar age, who enjoys being sociable but also likes their own space too. If this sounds like you, please get in touch 😊
