Good temperature insulation, stays warm in winter and cool in summer.
Opens directly onto our private garden, ideal for chilling, reading, working, exercising or getting your hands dirty if you’re into gardening 🌱

Cozy living room, compact but versatile: doubles as a home office (used a couple of days a week) and a dining area, and includes a sofabed for occasional guests.

5 mins to Haringey Green Lanes (Overground)
3 mins to Finsbury Park (green space, gigs, cafés)
Close to Sainsbury’s and Aldi supermarkets, a retail park (TK Maxx, Sports Direct, Poundland, Superdrug, etc.), and local shops
Nearby there’s also New River Studios, a vibrant hangout hosting gigs and cultural events (and they make really good pizza!)
👫 Household
You’d be sharing with me (Italian, 40s) and a friendly couple (Ecuadorean/Brazilian, 30s), currently an all-male flatshare. We all work in hospitality, mostly daytime hours. It’s a very laid-back, inclusive household, and we hope to find someone who fits in with the same vibe.
😊 Who We’re Looking For
We’d love someone easy-going, respectful, and sociable, the type who enjoys hanging out, grabbing a beer, or heading to a gig, but also appreciates downtime and a tidy, quiet home. Gardening skills are a plus!

We’re very chilled people who’ve been sharing this space for a few years and enjoy each other’s company, getting along very well. We sometimes spend time together but also respect our own spaces. We’re passionate about music, travelling, and cooking. We are sad that one of our flatmates is leaving, but also excited to welcome someone new who can bring a bit of fresh energy!
