Hi! I am looking for a student replacement tenant for my private studio at Vita Student Circle Square for the summer, as I am heading home.

Availability: 12th June – 29th August 2026
Price: £352 per week
Payment: Full upfront payment only (no installments)
Requirement: You MUST be a student (strict rule for the official contract takeover).

The tenancy transfer will be done officially through the Vita Student management team.
