Hi, I'm Scott and I'm relocating to Manchester in November for an exciting new promotion. I earn over £50k and am looking to settle in Manchester long-term, so affordability shouldn't be an issue.
I'm friendly, sociable, easy-going and have a good sense of humour. I enjoy going out for drinks, good food, exploring the city and meeting new people, but equally appreciate my own space and a relaxed evening at home.
I'm very clean, tidy and considerate, and I like to keep a comfortable, welcoming home. I'm single, a non-smoker and have no pets. I know Manchester well, so I'm really looking forward to making it home again.
Ideally, I'd love to share with another friendly, like-minded professional where we can enjoy a chat or a drink together without feeling obliged to live in each other's pockets.
I'm looking to move around mid-November, ideally for six months or much longer. I'm financially secure, can provide excellent references and am ready to pay a deposit immediately for the right place.
