Hello everyone,
I urgently need someone (STUDENTS ONLY) to take over my Premium + Studio (Room 706) until the end of August 2026 at Vita Student, Manchester. My situation has changed and I will no longer be staying in the UK, so I must find a replacement student immediately.

Residence: Vita Student Circle Square Medlock Building
Location: 3 minutes walk to The University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University, 5 minutes walk to the city centre
City: Manchester
Room Type: Premium + Studio (Room 706)
Room Amenities: Fully furnished with double bed (with under bed storage), a study desk, wardrobe, kitchen (with microwave oven, hob, sink, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher), mirror, modern on-suite bathroom, smart TV, mirror and window.
Contract Length: Date of Entry - August 29th, 2026
Available From: Anytime (takeover can be arranged straight away)
Rent Costs: £457.50 per week (monthly equivalent is £1,830) (all bills included - utilities + WiFi -)
One-Time Admin Fee: £50
⚠️ IMPORTANT: I am willing to cover both the admin fee (£50) and 30% of the whole total cost to make the booking process faster and easier.
⚠️ IMPORTANT 2: Since the academic year has already started, installment plans are unfortunately no longer available. Therefore, you must pay the full amount (calculated from your date of entry until the 29th of August, 2026) up front in one lump sum when booking.
