Room description
This property is a 3-bedroom, fully furnished first-floor flat on top of an empty shop. The shared spaces include a living room/ kitchen and a bathroom. The utilities are separate from the rent, which includes gas, electric, water, and internet. We have heating, and the flat is never cold, so it's very good for the harsh Cardiff weather. :) There is a small courtyard that connects the flat next door and the downstairs shops.
The flat is in a very good location, with lots of smaller shops, including charity shops, so it's perfect for students. Buses are right outside that take you to the city centre and the hospital. The bigger shops are a 20-minute walk away and downhill. In the same direction is Cardiff Metropolitan University's Llandaff campus.
There are two of us in the flat, one non-binary called Quill (20) and one trans male called Arthur (19), both afabs. We are both animation students at Cardiff Met and enjoy art (obviously). We are both relatively clean people, and we can be very talkative and energetic when we want to be :D
