The house currently has one tenant and his lovely dog, and another tenant and her playful cat. They are friendly, considerate, respectful people, and so are their pets! We are looking for a similar type of tenant or couple who wants a house feel like a home.

A little about them, the current tenant owns his own clothing printing company, performs in his band, and owns a lovely, friendly and affectionate dog which is like a house pet. The second tenant studies and works in the video gaming industry, and has a playful cat, also like a house pet. All four currently live in harmony, which I want to sustain with new tenant(s) and why I don't want additional pets.

A little about me, I lived as a tenant for 12 years before buying a house in Leeds, so it's important to me that my tenants are happy, and consider my house their home.

The current Master bedroom is £650pcm for single occupancy, £750pcm for couples.

Rent includes: gas, electric, water, broadband, building and contents insurance, boiler cover and council tax.

House chores for tenants such as gardening, cleaning and purchasing household essentials like washing up liquid, detergent and toilet paper will be all of their shared responsibility.
