Hello, I'm looking for a room to rent and am very interested in a home-share arrangement where I can pay rent and can contribute through cooking, cleaning, and running errands in exchange for reduced rent. I work full-time (9-5) remotely, so I'm responsible, quiet, and at home during the week, while still being able to help in the mornings, evenings, and at weekends.
I genuinely enjoy cooking, keeping a tidy home, and helping others - it's something I find very fulfilling and take pride in doing well. I'm currently looking to move within the next 4 weeks or so and have a limited budget. which is why I'm specifically seeking a mutually supportive arrangement rather than a standard rental. I'm reliable, respectful, and happy to agree clear expectations around hours and responsibilities so the arrangement works well for everyone.
