Ensuite room: £650 all bills included, available from mid to late Jan26.

Double bed without shower: £570 all bills included, available from 26/12/25.

Deposit is 1 month rent required.

All rooms are clean and have adequate lighting. Furniture (bed, wardrobe, desk and chair).

The kitchen is equipped with all new stuff: a cooker oven, fridge and washing machine, dryer, microwave.
