I am a PhD student from the University of Warwick. I'm interested in pursuing a bedsit. I'm seeking a 6 month lease - and paying on a month-to-month basis beyond that point.  I'm interested in starting the lease the week of 29 August, ending in February 2026, and then seeing where I am professionally and academically. I'm hoping to finish the PhD by late Fall.  I will be looking for work in Europe, the United States, London, and other parts of the British Isles once the Doctorate is complete.  I will need the flexibility of leaving within a few weeks notice if/when I'm offered work outside of London - I could see staying at the property for several years until my student loans are paid off, if I'm offered a career break in the British capital.  I'm seeking a rental of £1200 per month maximum, inclusive of utilities plus TV license and wifi - and is within walking distance of a Tube station and grocery store.
