Hi,
I am a student looking for a very part-time room in Liverpool.
I only need the room from Sunday night (late) to Monday morning each week.
I will not be using the room full-time and will have very low usage of utilities.
I am clean, quiet, and respectful. I don’t smoke or party, and I mainly just need a place to sleep and occasionally cook.
I am happy to agree on a reduced rent due to limited usage.
Open to long-term arrangement if suitable.
