Own Private Bathroom – shower/bath

Parking is available on site- at a cost of £1 a day( this may have changed recently)

Off the road parking is available after 5.30 pm - 8 am the next morning

You must be a tidy non-smoker flatmate who cleans up after themselves. Guests are not allowed to stay over throughout your tenancy.

Local Bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk (309, 339)

Mile end road is a 10 minute walk (25, 205, 309, 339, D6, D7).

Nightbus – You can get the N25 to get back to the flat on those nights out!

Mile End Tube + Stepney Green are 15 minutes walk either way.

Shopping Facilities

The nearest grocery shops/Takeaways are all within 5 minutes walking distance. Local Budgens is 15 minutes walk. Sainsbury’s/Asda/Morrisons/T esco reachable via buses on Mile End Road.

Westfield and Canary Wharf Shopping Centre are close by with all the high street chains represented including a Waitrose/John Lewis.
