Room description
Double room available in a lovely two-bedroom flat with south facing garden, 5 min walk from Leytonstone station. You'll be sharing the flat with a professional couple and a small dog.
We're looking for someone particularly clean and tidy, friendly, and respectful to share our calm, friendly home.
Proof of full-time employment and one month deposit required.
Energy bill (electricity and gas) will be split between 3 (aprox £40 each). All other bills included.
5-8 min walk to Leytonstone station (Central line) and Leyton Midland station (Overground).
PureGym, M&S, Aldi, Tesco, Sainsburys, Boots, Post Office, GP and Epping Forest all within 5 - 10 min walk.
The room is furnished with a double bed and brand-new mattress, open style wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk, and TV.
