The room is equipped with wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, table and chair and desk lamp. The room is located on the second floor with bathroom facilities share with the single room (vacant). Both rooms have good lighting, ventilation and heating. It is accessible to WiFi and television. We are seeking honest, respectable, approachable child/young person friendly individuals, who do not mind living with a family of 4 (professional people with 1 teenager and young adult) and a female Tuxedo cat Sparkle who stays away from the room unless invited up. The house is a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom property with a living and dining room, a large kitchen and utility/laundry room. There is also a front and back garden. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood with good links to the tube & railway station (Leyton Midland, Central & Victoria line), Stratford International, Westfield Shopping centre and the Olympic park. It is five minutes walk from the local Leisure centre (gym, swim etc), beauty salons/barbers, restaurants/bars, supermarkets and other shops. There is also a football club and two hospitals within very close proximity. Other local attractions include libraries, historic churches, museums, malls and night clubs; Lea Valley Park for ice skating, bike riding, walking, horse riding, tennis, and golf. Epping Forest is nearby for hiking, riding and picnics.
