The building is located next to the business district of the city centre . Also opposite the Leeds/Liverpool canal. The apartment has a balcony with a nice view.

A ten minute or so walk from the train station/city centre. Various restaurants and two express supermarkets very close by.

I’ve lived here for eight years and am easy going, quiet and reasonably tidy.
