I’ve just finished a full refresh of this apartment and I’m looking for two people to make it their home. The flat now has a much more modern, designer feel with fresh sage and terracotta tones.
The flat has two great double bedrooms and one shared bathroom. Both rooms are bright and have just been styled to match the new aesthetic of the flat.
The Living Space: Really spacious with a new modern look, great for relaxing.
The Kitchen: Fully kitted out with everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, and plenty of cupboard space.
The Location: You’re basically 5 minutes from everything. The train station is a short walk away, and you’ve got the best of Leeds’ bars, shops, and the business district right on your doorstep.
What I’m Looking For
I’m looking for two tidy, reliable people to take the rooms. Whether you’re two friends looking to move together or individuals looking to meet someone new, I’m happy to chat.
I take pride in keeping the place in good shape, so I’m looking for tenants who will appreciate the new decor and treat the flat like their own.
