Hi! I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a modern/refurbished 2-bed apartment on Blenheim Terrace (LS2) — very close to the University of Leeds and easy for the city centre.

PSA: Although I’m advertising this as a tenancy takeover for my room, both tenants are moving out, so the whole flat is available. That means you could either:

- Take over my room only (and the second room may be filled later — we’d discuss this with you first), or

- Move in and take both rooms / the full flat (ideal if you want the place to yourself, or to live with a friend).

Availability:

- Available immediately (move in straight away)

- Short-term option: until the end of the current tenancy; 30 June 2026 (around 5 months)

- Long-term option: also possible (subject to landlord/contract)
