Hi. I'm a working professional in the sustainability sector, settled in Leeds and looking for an easy, low-drama room in a friendly shared house. I'm out most of the day and travel a fair bit for work, so I'm tidy, quiet although sociable when I'm around, and happy to share a coffee, a meal or a proper conversation.
After 25 years working in cities and clean growth I've shared plenty of spaces and know what makes a house actually work: rent paid on time, communal areas kept clean, people's space respected, and the odd niggle sorted like a grown-up rather than left to fester. Non-smoker, reliable with bills, and I look after a place as if it were my own.
