The house was recently renovated and is in immaculate condition, is maintained to a very high standard, is fully furnished and professionally cleaned. Central heating, high speed broadband/WiFi, the house has 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms, big open plan (fully equipped) kitchen/dining area with TV, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, large oven, down stairs toilet, utility room with washer/dryer, big lounge with TV/DVD. With a stunning garden, an outside dining area and a terrace with sofas, parasol and a wood stove.

Near Ladywell station for trains to London Bridge (13 min) Cannon Street (15 min), Waterloo East (15 min) and Charing Cross (18 min), 5 minutes to Lewisham and the D.L.R (Canary Wharf, Bank, Startford etc), 15 minute walk to Catford Station for Thames link to Blackfriars, Farringdon and St Pancras/Kings Cross, near major bus routes, plenty of shops and places to eat. Near Lewisham hospital and very close to Ladywell Fields Park.Street parking (permit).

The bills are currently £115 pcm each, which includes house cleaning, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, TV licence , water rates & council tax

Sharing the house with the owner and 4 lodgers (5 in total, mixed gender). it’s a very relaxed, easy going, respectful household, not a party house, although we do share a bottle of wine every now and again.
