Hello there! :)
I am looking for students to take place of this Private Studio located on 1 Alderson St, at Kensal Town/North Kensigton and nearby Notting Hill, as I need to move out soon. It is a completely private place, with a private kitchen and private bathroom just for yourself. It is furnished with a double bed, study desk with shelves, and a wardrobe. Kitchen has induction stove, a sink, storages, and a micowave that can also operate as an oven.
The place is in a lovely location, in front of the river canal, with grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and bus stops nearby. The closest tube station is Westbourne Park, giving you access to Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. It is great to walk, cycle or run in the surroundings as you have this great view of the river canal! The Westfield mall at Shepherd's Bush, which is the biggest mall of Europe, is around 23-30 minutes by bus from the place.
What it is in the building of the accommodation:
- The building is called Chapter Portobello, which is from a franchise considered one of the best for student accommodation in London. Great structure, nice studios, very secure, and some events for the residents happen every now and then (with free food!). The staff is very friendly and helpful.
- Great gym in the building for use exclusively by residents.
- Laundry room with 4 washing machines and 4 dryers, with a section for iron your clothes as well.
- Courtyard to an open sky for conversations and relaxing time.
- Cinema room with a big screen.
- Common area near the reception for relaxing, chat with other people and make new friends. There is a lot of places and tables to sit, have a good time and work. You can play pool there too!
- There is a shuttle bus that takes you to and back from universities such as Imperial College London. Two different times to take you there in the morning (7:30am, 8:40am) and two other times at the end of the afternoon (5pm, 6:40pm).
It contains a great and fast Wi-Fi and all bills are included.
If you wanna have a good time, this is the place!
