I am Katharina, a 38 year old teacher who enjoys the outdoors, movies , Bridgerton, travelling and much more.
My flatmate moved out so I am looking for a new girl for this quite 2 bedroom flat.
Furnished room with small doubel bed, 2 wardrobes ( one build in), kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, large living room with guest sofa and tv, large garden with trampoline, BBQ, bunny shed, garden shed for bikes. Cleaner and gardener every 2 weeks.
Parking on the road is free.
Bus stop with busses to Kingston and Richmond is around the corner
15 min walk to Norbiton station with direct trains to Waterloo.
Very quite and safe neighbourhood with lovely neighbours.
