Room description

Rent is £40 per night.

I am looking for a temporary lodger who does not need to stay all the time. Eg a shift worker or Monday to Friday night arrangement.

I live a 10-minute walk from the Children’s hospital, BRI and eye hospital.

You will have the spare bedroom; it is a sofa bed. Bedding is provided. You have access to the shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. You may use the kitchen facilities (including plates, pots and pans) but you need to buy your own food.

Bedding is provided for the sofa bed.

Wifi is available.

Desk and chair in spare room is mine and can be moved out if needed.
