Looking for someone to take over this room while I'm away - available from the 9th November.
3.75x4.75m room, super king bed, has its own private entrance (as well as the front door), has access to the communal gardens on the street.
3 min walk from Gloucester Road tube station (Emperors Gate)
Ensuite bathroom has a bath and shower - is currently having a luxury refurbishment (finishing around the 4th November).
Sharing with one other flatmate (male, professional, 25). Total flat area - 1012sq feet.
Other communal areas (with flatmate) include: small kitchen with your own fridge, large living room, utility room, patio area.
