Hello! We're Jon and Ricardo, your potential flatmates.
This is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom maisonette in an excellent location, with a huge back-garden that is excellent for barbecues!
The house location is a dream, and is particularly convenient for accessing Zone 1. It is:
- 7 minutes walk from Kennington and Oval stations (Northern line)
- 15 minutes walk from Vauxhaull station (Victoria line)
- 5-10 minute walk from 3 different gymes
- 5-10 minute walk to a large Morrison's, Tesco Local, Co-op, and 3 minutes from a Nisa local
- 3 minutes from Kennington Park
I am a doctor working locally, and Ricardo works in wine. We're both fairly easygoing, and enjoy watching TV together, but we also respect each other's space as busy professionals. We care that the house is kept clean, and so we have a cleaner that comes roughly once a fortnight, and keep the house clean between this.
We both love this house, as it's connected incredibly well, and the landlords are wonderfully reasonable and very responsive. Sadly, our third housemate is moving away from London, and so we're looking for a new housemate!
We're looking for a professional who cares about and contributes to living in a clean environment, and who is happy to live in a relaxed space that is friendly while respecting when each other are busy.
