Hey :) In need of a new flatmate to take over from June due to my flatmate moving in with her partner.
Lovely modern 3 bed flat on the outskirts of Leeds city centre less than 5 mins from the LGI, perfect location. Rent is £550 a month excluding bills. Council tax around 60 pound each, water/electricity/wifi make the total around 650-700 pcm. Onsite parking permits are also available for an additional price.
Sharing with two, sociable girls both in our mid 20s. We're ideally looking for another friendly and sociable girl to take over the spare room that we can be friends with as well as housemates.
The flat is fully furnished and includes a spacious hall, large kitchen and lounge, large storage space with dishwasher and washing machine with dryer..
The flat is within a gated complex and comes with access to a roof terrace, outside grass area, free gym, games room and social lounges. Opportunity for contract to be extended.
