I've got a room going in my 2-bed flat at Leodis Square from mid-November, and I'm looking for someone to share with.
It's fully furnished with its own ensuite, so you can move in with just your suitcase and still have your own space. It's just me in the flat, so it's a pretty chilled setup.
Rent is £525 a month, plus bills of around £100-£150. Deposit is £525
The building has a gym, a co-working space (great if you work or study from home) and free fast Wi-Fi. You're right in the centre too, so shops, food and transport are all a short walk away.
I'm after someone tidy and easy to get along with, whether you're working or studying. Nothing fussy, just respectful of shared space.
