Walled private backyard with bench and plants. On street parking in quiet road away from any main traffic. 5 minutes walk from bus stops, library, local shops and park. 35 minutes walk from centre of Manchester. A month's deposit is required. Bills are currently an additional £160 per month. Six month contract preferred but will consider less. Room available from 23 May but can move into the house earlier into a spare room.
