We're excited to offer you a big, freshly refurbished bedroom in the calm Stockwood neighbourhood.

Your room comes with:

Our place is tucked away in a quiet spot with parking and a bike path nearby. The area is full of green spaces, perfect for walks or bike rides.

We don't have a separate living room, but our kitchen is big and has space for chilling and dining. It's got a breakfast bar and chairs for you.

You'll stay cozy all year with central heating and double-glazed windows.

It's super convenient here. There's a bus stop a minute away (buses 2 and 2a run from here), and lots of stuff like a Lidl, cafes, takeaways, and a leisure center are within a 10-minute walk.

If you need to get to the city center it's just a 20-minute bus ride.

We're a quiet Polish couple looking for a tidy flatmate who works full-time. Right now, we have one other person living with us, so you'd be the second. If you like peace and quiet, you'll fit right in.

Rent is £650 a month, and that includes Wi-Fi (fast Fibre), council tax, water, and electricity. You'll need to pay a deposit of £650.

We'd prefer if you have a job and someone who can guarantee your rent. Smoking is only allowed outside, and you'll need to follow our house rules.

If you love dogs, that's a plus! We have a friendly mixed-breed terrier.

Each person in the house is responsible for cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, and communal areas once a month.
