Female student wanted for tenancy takeover in shared student house in Headingley, Leeds.
Double bedroom on the first floor, fully furnished with a double bed and storage. The house is shared with other female students, and has a shared kitchen/living space, bathrooms, and a small outdoor patio area.
Looking for a female student to take over my tenancy. The room is available from 01/11/26 until 30/06/27.
- Rent is £606 per month including bills. The property is student-only, and eligible full-time students are exempt from council tax.
Current housemates are female 2nd year students at the University of Leeds between the ages of 18-21.
Looking for:
- Female tenant of a similar age to current housemates
- Preferably a student in Leeds
- Someone friendly and respectful to take over my tenancy and join a house of 7 lovely girls.
