Room description
The room is large and bright, so you get plenty of space and natural light — it’s a really comfortable setup. The flat’s in a great spot for transport too: you’ve got the 141, 341, 29 and N29 buses just a few minutes away, it’s around a 12‑minute walk to Manor House on the Piccadilly Line, and both Harringay and Harringay Green Lanes overground stations are close by. Getting around from here is genuinely easy.
The flat has a calm, easygoing vibe. We’re all mature (mid‑40s to mid‑50s), working full‑time, and generally keep things relaxed. When the weather behaves, we like to sit out in the garden with a beer and chat — nothing wild, just a nice way to unwind.
There’s one main bathroom with a toilet, plus a separate toilet as well, which makes mornings and busy times much easier. Because everyone works different hours, the place naturally stays pretty quiet, so we’re hoping to find a quiet, tidy guy who’s respectful of shared spaces and happy to keep things peaceful.
