I am a live-out landlord and currently have x3 double rooms available in a lovely homely house.
Each room is suitable for a single professional male or female, who would like to live in a bright, comfortable, clean, warm, friendly & secure 5 bed house spread over 3 levels in a non-smoking, professional, easy going, considerate household. If you are a smoker there is a lovely garden area outside for this purpose.
Room A – Ex-Large bright airy double room with plenty of storage space on the ground floor.
The spacious room has a double bed, free standing wardrobe, shelving, large chest of drawers, desk & chair.
Large triple glazed windows to let in plenty of natural light and fresh air.
Room B - Large bright airy double room with plenty of storage space on the middle level.
The room has a double bed, full length built in wardrobe with plenty of shelving and hanging space, Large chest of drawers, desk & chair.
