Room description
I have a lovely bright double room in a stylish maisonette flat available Monday to Friday (Mon-Thurs nights so 4 nights a week, open to discussing other configurations).
7 minute’s walk to the train station in Grove Park and direct trains to central London. Suit someone needing to work in central or other parts of London during the week.
I’m tidy, relaxed and friendly and really value a calm home. I’m looking for someone clean, respectful and easy going who doesn’t need to work from the property, as I work from home. Guests are not permitted.
The bedroom has a small double bed, small sofa, and there is some wardrobe space. You have access to the kitchen, a shared bathroom, and the lounge.
If you’re looking for a well located, quiet and relaxing space to base yourself during your working week, this could be it : )

Direct trains to London Bridge (18 mins) and Charing Cross (25mins), plenty of local buses to Eltham, Lewisham, and Bromley.
Quiet area with a lovely park with tennis courts and small café 3 minutes walk away, and small wetland, and woodland behind the park so great for local walks and greenery. Bannatyne gym 5 mins walk. Local supermarkets – Sainsbury and Tesco- near the train station and Lidl nearby.
