We have two fully furnished rooms available in the heart of Greenbank, Easton in a lovely shared house available right now. Both rooms are good sized and well presented doubles and the house has all modern conveniences.
Situated close to the fantastic food stores, pubs and restaurants on and near St Mark's Rd, lots of local beautiful parks and interesting walks, numerous bustling creative art hubs, excellent schools and transport connections in the form of Stapleton Rd train station, multiple local bus routes, the M32 and the Bristol to bath cycle path all means that Greenbank is a great place to live, work and play.
Rent is £700pcm plus a share of the bills.(£100pcm approximately)
They would best suit working professionals and/or mature/international students but we are an open minded and friendly household so all are welcome.
