Double room in a 3 bed house available for a working person. Situated in Kings Stanley, about 4 miles away from M5 junction 13.
One of the rooms is occupied by a professional male, trustworthy, and very pleasant. Here for 3 months whilst working in the area.
My brother lives next door in the annex and has use of the kitchen in the main house. He is also available should you need any help etc.
There is a dining room, kitchen and there will be a living room
1 shared bathroom.
Rear garden.
There is parking outside the house.
