There is a large leisure centre and library on the doorstep, a large park, banks, cafes, restaurants, hairdressers, etc, while you are just a 15 minute walk from the Metro station, making this a convenient and hassle-free place to live.
Sharing with full-time working people, this house would particularly suit another full-time professional, or a mature student.

At no extra cost to you, a very good, professional and friendly cleaning team come in once a week to keep all the general areas immaculate.
Fast and reliable wifi is also included through Virgin cable (with NO data limits), while the rent also includes council tax, water rates, tv licence. Your only extra cost is for gas/electric - shared among the tenants on pre-payment meters, expect to pay on average around £15 a week (£60 a month) to cover both.
